Eek, I have been a slacker at writing. I have ended the "challenge." Even though the month didn't go quite how I planned, it is always good to keep a goal on your mind. To my surprise, in the last few weeks since the challenge ended, I have actually lost weight. Go figure. There were a few weeks during the challenge that I was not feeling well (headaches, depression, stress, etc) and had actually put on a few pounds. As of today I have lost 8 pounds since the start of my challenge, or to be more accurate...in the last few weeks.
I will keep posting here and there as "stuff" happens. I need to get going though, have some packing to do for vacation :)
